- Information only. This website provides general information about The Smile Advocate Group and its services. It is not legal, financial, clinical, or compliance advice.
- Illustrations. The financial illustration on the home page uses example inputs. It is not a prediction, a benchmark, or a result for any practice.
- No engagement by inquiry. Sending an inquiry, or having a discovery conversation, does not create a consulting engagement. An engagement exists only under a written agreement.
- No patient information. Do not send patient names, clinical records, or other patient information through this website or in any inquiry.
- Our content. The content, name, and Treatment Revenue Performance™ mark belong to The Smile Advocate Group, LLC. Please do not copy or reuse them without written permission.
- Third-party services. This website may link to or use services run by others. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
- Changes. We may update this website and these terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
Privacy Policy
No patient information, please
This website is for practice and organization inquiries. Please do not send patient names, clinical records, account details, or other patient information through this website, by email, or in any inquiry form. If you share that information by mistake, tell us and we will delete it from our systems.
What we collect
- Information you send us. When you email us or complete an inquiry form, we receive your name, email address, practice or organization, role, and the answers or messages you choose to provide.
- Podcast launch notices. If you choose to receive a launch notice for our podcast, we keep your email address for that purpose.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider and the services that deliver this site may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, in order to deliver and secure the site.
The financial illustration on our home page runs in your browser. The values you enter are not sent to us or stored.
How we use it
- To review and respond to your inquiry, and to share scheduling options when a discovery conversation is an appropriate next step.
- To send the podcast launch notice, only if you asked for it. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To operate, secure, and improve this website.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who handles it for us
We use service providers to run this site and manage inquiries, including website hosting and a customer-relationship and form service (HubSpot). These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy practices. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as it is useful for responding to you and for our business records, and we delete it when you reasonably ask us to, unless we must keep it for legal reasons.
Your choices
- Ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
- Unsubscribe from any email using the link in the message, or write to us.
- Decline to answer optional questions in our inquiry form.
Children
This website is intended for dental professionals and organizations. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
